It is not always easy to change the leadership hats or to alter the way we assess a business hurdles. Under pressure, most executives fall back on the management style or approach that worked in the last crises they faced. But not necessarily old approaches work for present challenges thus it is imperative to maintain a balance between the experience of management and new methods of fresh brains to ensure the balance between our actions and planning.

In ideal management scenario despite of best efforts from senior executives major change initiatives often fail. Those failures have at least one common root and that is executive and employee see change differently. For our senior leader change means opportunity both for business and for themselves but considering the self interest of our other team member and in order to address their concern for the new changes our senior leaders always reconsider our team members once the change era is defined.

Through formal surveys as well as informal discussion, we listen to feedback and suggestion. In order to create healthy environment we regularly celebrate our success by arranging dining for our team members which also give opportunity to our senior management to understand the level of acceptance of company policies and action plan of our management among our team members. These regular initiative help us to drive necessary and required changes in our plan of action to achieve our goals in time and transfer the benefits of our success to our team members, client’s & other stake holders.
